"Anna and Bryan have thought of everything you might possibly want or need while in Paris. They were very easy to deal with, very professional and very quick with communications. I cannot wait until I [next] get the chance to stay at Chez Claude and enjoy Paris!"
Chez Claude is a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location overlooking the Seine to the Prefecture. The space is not huge but is designed so well that it feels much larger than it is. I especially liked the way the kitchen and dining area are spacious and the tall windows which let in plenty of light. It is easy while staying in Chez Claude to feel like a real Parisian. We did a walking tour which began at Notre Dame and we realised that we were staying in an area so rich with history and life that we could spend a month here and still be discovering new things and places. For me the bonus was to be so close to Shakespeare and Co. Wonderful.

Sooo much better than staying in a hotel. All the amenities of home, with plenty of room for 4 people. Anna made the rental process so simple and forwarded everything we needed to know ahead of time so we could be as prepared as possible. She had arranged to have someone meet us at the apt when we arrived to give us keys and go over the elements of the apt. The view is stunning and great for people watching from the high top table and bar stools by the window. We could easily walk to most places we wanted to see, and could access the metro or RER within a couple of blocks. And plenty of restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance. We especially enjoyed Mammalina's which is right up the street. Our family would definitely stay at Chez Claude again on our next trip to Paris!
My wife and I planned this special trip for quite some time. We knew we'd love Paris but you are always a little leary of picking the right place to stay. We researched and found Chez Claude due to numerous online reviews. We couldn't have found a more perfect spot. We took the train from Charles De Gaulle airport to the Saint-Michel metro stop literally 100 yards from Chez Claude. We were greeted warmly by Lotilde and the week was off to a tremendous start. Chez Claude was so perfectly positioned for us that we could decide to walk or take public transit so easily. The week flew by and the fact that we could bounce in and out of Chez Claude (our home away from home) for a snack or a load off our feet or a quick change made the unforgettable vacation magical. We can't recommend Chez Claude more highly. Do yourself a favor and make this your place to stay in Paris.
We were met by Martine who gave us a very personal approach for our stay at Chez Claude. The apartment met our expectations of a comfortable apartment with a great view. The accommodation was spacious with all necessary amenities, like a Nespresso. The apartment was ideally located and very secure. We were completely satisfied with the handling provided by Martine and were impressed with the solid, timely and reliable communication before, during and after our stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to others.
As first-time visitors to Paris we knew very little about the city and the best area to stay. Stumbling across an advertisment for this apartment online was the luckiest part of our planning. After contacting the lovely owners and booking the apartment for 3 weeks, it proved to have it all: wonderful charm, the prefect location for exploring all that Paris has to offer, a picture-postcard view of the Seine, Notre-Dame and Saint Chapelle right out the lounge room window, and all of those little details often lacking in a rental apartment - quality French furnishings, Wi-Fi, cable TV, great kitchen/dining space, and our favourite - the cafe-style table where we would sit for hours looking at the view, drinking wine and nibbling on cheese, fois grois and other French delicacies. It really was a "home away from home" and the perfect place to recover from a hard day's sight-seeing, or just stay put for the day if it was cold or wet outdoors. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended to both first-time visitors to Paris and the well-travelled.

We stay in Chez Claude whenever we are in Paris and have been lucky enough to secure a booking. The appeal to us has many aspects - * it's fabulous location in the most exciting and romantic section of Paris; * the old world charm of the decor, combined with all mod cons; * the fabulous view of the river down to Notre Dame; * the kaleidoscope of lights on the ceiling when the bateau bouches glide by at night; * the spectacular procession of horse guards that regularly parade down the street on ceremonial occasions; * the short walk to many cinemas which show French films in English; * the excellent surrounding restaurants; * the caretaker who happily arranges restaurant & taxi reservations & has really good knowledge of special restaurants with reasonable prices; * I could go on & on & on ...
